  You would think when you tell the person helping you that this is your first time there, they would be willing to help...not here! Pushed through line where you couldn't hear the person making your food because the music was SO LOUD you couldn't hear the person asking you questions! Was looking forward to trying CAVA and now, I will never eat at another one...you'd be better off going to Chipotle because they at least have options!

  Typically the service is fantastic and my orders are always spot on. Today was my birthday and wanted my favorite food but our bowls were mixed up with all the wrong ingredients. Unfortunately my partner couldn’t eat much of his due to his diabetes and his bowl loaded with my rice 😕. The flavor combos were VERY unpalatable.🤢

  Clean, spacious facilitiy - including rest room! Food is fresh, and staff are friendly ( and polite) ❤️ Thanks for making my husband and me very pleased with you- we shall return- definitely!

  We typically go to this location often and don’t have any problems. However when we went yesterday the service was poor. All the young staff hovered around the cashier instead of tending to new guests. It took a while but someone finally came over and they rushed obtaining our order. We took it to go and after eating it my stomach started to hurt. My partner even said the rice tasted old. The next day I’ve been in the bathroom constantly. Typically the food is fresh but maybe this particular day it was not. Proceed with caution.

  Absolutely the best thing I’ve eaten in Bel Air, MD in months! Fresh ingredients, balanced, bright and bold flavors that combine to speak to the heritage of the ethnic region from which these dishes were born. Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Bright and clean environment with a curated mixed/mashed playlist that makes you want to stay there to eat. I’ll be back! Thanks Jaedyn!
