  Sara, was the best bartender we have ever had in our lives. We had the lobster and filet and it was out of this world. A great combination of great food and spectacular service.

  We had an excellent experience tonight, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Maggie M. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in at just the right times, made great menu suggestions, and everything came out exactly as expected. It’s clear she really cares about providing great service. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated in her section again!

  Maggie was our waiter. I’ve never had such an attentive waiter in my life. She anticipated our every need and before we had to ask, it was there she kept checking on us and she was delightful.

  We were greeted immediately. We got sat with a fantastic server Maggie. I couldn't make my selection so she gave me a suggestion and I'm so glad she did. Everything turned out great and we were more than satisfied with the service.

  I had only been to bonefish once 15 years ago n brandywine MD and was unimpressed. Only after coworker insisting things were different from back then I chose to go April 14 to this location As I know, lived in Hartford County. The place was extremely empty on a Tuesday which I was happy about! The arms was dim lights, extremely clean wood for polished white tablecloth, professional uniforms with the bartender and waiting staff. Great first impression. My waiter Jen Made an immediate second grade impression. C joyfully explained the menu options her personal suggestions which we took all of them from drinks to entrée to dessert and she was 100% one point as everything was delicious hotly served with a great visual presentation down to the mango bourbon sour drink I ordered. She was a tensive check to see how we liked. Everything provided us plates to share. It was her service and attention to detail and genuine concern that we were happy in her joyful spirit that elevated this experience to a 5 star ⭐️. So much so that I will personally ask to be seated in her section upon my return, and we made sure that the tip showed her our appreciation for her. Today, April 15 is her birthday and I hope she is served when she goes to dinner wherever she goes as well as the service she provided myself and Wife. Bonefish is lucky to have her as an employee. Jen service was better than 5 ⭐️ steaks houses I have been to Capital Grille on maestro. Thanks Jen for the wonderful Recommendations, service and hospitality, and then bonefish Grill for the awesome food and drinks And a nice happy hour menu. Can’t wait to return soon to try the many other drinks and food options. Ask the menu had a great variety of choices.
