  I've always loved the Arby's I always go to the ballet location I'm never disappointed they never charged me for sauce I have everything I need and the service is always friendly and quick

  This location was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was a bit dirty, they were out of essential sauces needed for the full Arby's experience. The food was as expected, good. They did not have the jalapeño sliders available which hurt this review also.I'd go there again in hopes improvement is made.

  This is awful place. My grandmother went threw the drive thru after I was discharged from the emergnecy room. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after the girl on the headset said “one second” and pulled to the window they ALLLLLL of them looked at us in the car. And went about what they were doing. So my grandmother pulled around and she pulled in the handy cap space because she’s older and since my spouse wanted food after being in the ER for 8 hours and they have extreme social anxiety and we kinda figured we were gonna get snotty attitudes. So I went inside and was stood at the counter and watched the girl with the headset doing other jobs BESIDES drive thru. The girl in charge of the counter got my order (I realize I was a little snippy but I’m not feeling good) I sat and watched these girls offer “would you like anything else for your wait” to customers waiting for food at the counter the manager had a manager in training badge. So, these girls were giving food and whatever out to two people at the counter because they had to wait. I watched the chef or cook be and complete jerk to these three girls. And that’s messed up. And the girl I’m the drive thru still not answering drive thru carried food outside with the manager so two left outside And the chef guy dissapeared to the way back of the cooking area (probably to hop on their cell phone) and the girl got our food and brought a box of horsey sauce onto the counter for me to dig out of. The restraint was a mess when I went in the drink station was covered in sauce and a few flies and stains from the soda. Like I noticed the hiring sign outside but good god add extra people to the shifts or something. I’m never going to this place again! The worst part is THERE WAS LIKE 4 ORDERS ON THE SCREEN INCLUDING MINE. By the time finished my order and they gave free stuff out to the two people there was only TWO orders on the screen. I couldn’t get the drive thru girls name because her uniform was all over the place and her tag wasn’t able to read.
