It’s a cool place, well designed, and a fun take on a driving range, but the cleanliness and staff are lacking. They play automated announcements promoting different things, which are overly repetitive (take note corporate).
One such announcement is about how you can now order food on their app. Not true if your booth doesn’t have a QR code. I told a staff member at the bar ours didn’t have it, and they looked indifferently at me and said we could just order from a server. No apology and no care about fixing the missing QR code (didn’t ask me the bay number). Service was a bit slow. Our bay also had straw wrappers and some bits of bacon on the floor left over from the party before us.

Judging by the other reviews and their experiences, I'm not surprised to be writing about the same thing.
I worked with Jonathan Lugo on the sales side for my company event on June 26th, and it was a terrible experience from the start. We followed every one of his recommendations — food, timing, everything. The event was booked from 7–10 PM, and he told us he'd be on site and that we should arrive 30 minutes early to set up.
We arrived 30 minutes early as instructed, and the room "wasn't ready" — yet we watched multiple employees sitting around on their phones. By 7 PM, the start time, the room still wasn't ready. Jonathan was nowhere to be found and never even showed up.
The manager, Chris, had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. We had ordered food for 30 people, and it ran out after just 9. When I raised it, Chris said, "Yeah, well, it's for high school athletes and they eat a lot" — except the athletes hadn't even arrived yet, so they got nothing. He then proceeded to curse at me and make a scene in front of everyone.
To anyone planning a party or company event here: DO NOT. Complete rip-off.

Unfortunately, my experience at Topgolf was disappointing due to the poor customer service from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. We stood waiting while the attendants continued their personal conversation instead of acknowledging us or offering a simple greeting. We had to wait for their conversation to end before being properly greeted, which immediately made us feel unwelcome.
To make matters worse, there was significant construction in the area that caused us to arrive much later than expected. This information was not adequately advertised or communicated beforehand. When we called to explain the situation, the employee I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and showed no understanding or empathy regarding the delay. Rather than trying to assist or provide helpful information, the interaction left us feeling frustrated and dismissed.
The service did not improve once we were seated. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our server to stop by, and even getting something as simple as water took far longer than it should have. The lack of attentiveness and urgency throughout our visit was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.
When it was time to leave, we needed our parking validated, and it felt as though we were inconveniencing the front desk attendant simply by asking for assistance. Instead of receiving courteous customer service, we were met with an attitude that made us feel like a bother.
Customer service plays a major role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, the poor treatment we received from the phone call, to check-in, to dining service, and even while leaving overshadowed everything else. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and focuses on improving professionalism, communication, and guest hospitality.

Went in with a group of five people for a birthday, We are all members and I’ve played a topgolf before and other states as well as in Baltimore, but they still were trying to charge some of our guest new member fees and we spent 20 minutes having to download apps to prove that we were all members and being treated like we were trying to scam them for $12. Also, review the law with your staff regarding service dogs. I was there with my dog for over an hour and interacted with at least 5 employees without anyone saying a word, as my group and I were playing, my dog barked once asking for water and all of a sudden it’s an issue. I’m grateful that your staff know what questions to ask, But when I explained to you that she is a service dog and what she’s trained to do, that should’ve been the end of it. Instead, the young man continue to ask me questions that he shouldn’t be asking me and then trying to tell me that she’s an emotional support dog. Unless the service dog is doing something outside of the lines of The law, once I’ve Acknowledged that she is a service dog and what she’s Trained to do, there should be no further interaction with me trying to get more information from me. And when I ask the young man to have his manager come over, no one ever came over to talk to me.
This happened back in April when I was asked to provide paperwork (which is illegal).
So again, please educate yourself on what you can and cannot do so your protecting EVERYONE who pays money to utilize your facility.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We got to top golf 10 min early and ended up 20 min late to our reservation because of construction blocking all the roads to get to the building. When we arrived we tried multiple ways to get the building and could not figure out how to get there because everything was blocked. When we called to get assistance the only option was to speak to an AI assistant and when we inquired about the parking it did not know about the construction and just told us to park onsite which was not an option. We finally asked the hotel nearby and the guy told us the parking was on the second floor of the Horseshoe. We were extremely frustrated because I had gotten multiple emails and texts about my reservation and there was no heads up about the construction or the appropriate place to park since onsite was not available. When we got there we explained the situation and asked if we could have the time back that we missed due to unclear parking instructions. The manager was not accommodating at all and did not express any empathy for the situation. She simply said we would have to pay to extend our time because there was another reservation coming in after us and that was the end of it. There was plenty of empty bays for us to play 20 extra minutes. This felt like an avoidable situation if things were more clear via text/email communication and if there WAS AN ACTUAL AGENT to pick up the phone or if the AI agent actually knew about the construction. We had a great time despite the poor customer service but just something to note. Was very disappointed in that regard!
