I went to this location with my husband and daughter on sunday for mother's day and left very disappointed with the experience. This place claims to be family-friendly, yet there were people smoking and loudly cursing throughout the venue with little to no intervention from staff. It completely ruined the atmosphere for families and anyone wanting a relaxed night out. Management seriously needs to do a better job enforcing basic standards of behavior. If you’re bringing kids or expecting a clean, welcoming environment, you may want to think twice before coming here.

At every opportunity, the service at this location will disappoint you. We booked online with a reservation but were late due to not being able to find the proper entrance and they auto started our game time. We attempted to call ahead of the start time for help but you can’t get a human on the phone - it’s all automated. After arrival they would not credit us additional time; they only offered to fully cancel our reservation which was unhelpful. The server never gave us a check and when we asked to see the bill we found additional charges for drinks that he needed to take off. After we paid we were told we would receive a receipt but never did. Be aware that the suggested gratuity on the bill is on the entire total of the bill, not just your food and drinks. Lastly, to our surprise when leaving the garage, our license plate wasn’t actually registered for the validated parking even though we provided our plate number when checking in. We had to pay $22 for less than 90 minutes of parking because there was no one willing to help us to correct the error when leaving the garage. The attendant said we needed to pay and wouldn’t allow us to walk over to Top Golf to try to sort out the error. I wouldn’t go back to this location after this experience. Go to another location.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. All the roads leading to the facility were closed, and trying to get ahold of someone was impossible because everything goes through a virtual assistant. If customers literally cannot access the building, there should be an actual person available on the phone to help. Because of all the road closures, we ended up arriving late after finally finding a way there and walking to the facility. The girl at the front desk told us she would reset our time to honor our reservation, but when we got upstairs to the bay, we realized she never did. We went back downstairs and she was gone, so another employee, already with an attitude, told us to talk to the manager. The manager clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Also rude from the start, she told us we’d have to pay the walk-in rate because we were late, even though we had arrived on time and physically could not access the facility because all the surrounding roads were blocked. Fine. We agreed to do the walk-in rate. This was our first time there, and nobody explained that every player had to individually sign in. I signed in and we started playing. We were almost done with the game when the manager suddenly came over saying we would lose our deposit if every single player didn’t sign in, despite staff watching us play the entire time without saying anything. Instead of handling the situation reasonably, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative the entire time. She refused to return the deposit or apply it toward the final bill over something that was never explained to us in the first place. She seemed more focused on eating than actually doing her job. The whole place felt disorganized and hostile, and management completely ruined what should’ve been a fun experience. In the end, I got my money back anyway without wasting more time arguing with her. You want to enjoy your night, better go somewhere else.

I had a Birthday Party for my son 0n 4-19-2009 our Reservation was at 3:30 I wish Topgolf would have let me know they were under construction. The walk from were I parked was sooo long of a walk. Okay we get into Topgolf and we get to our Bay as soon as we get to the bay the food is on the table before we could even get drinks. I wish we would have gotten our drinks first before the food was on the table, and how do I know how long that food was sitting on the table. Our waitress was very Nice and very helpful. My son had a Great time, it was a good experience overall just wish we can change somethings.

Good Day, I have frequented this establishment before and had wonderful sessions. I can only assume those nights had different staff, or walk-ins are simply not as tolerated as your website suggests. On my most recent visit, I brought my out-of-town brother, luring him with promises of a great time in the two hours before closing. We seemed to be in luck; many bays on both floors were empty. However, checking in as walk-ins, we were told there would be an hour wait. This was confusing given the vacancies. It appeared the entire first floor was closed—not for an event, but merely "because." On the second floor, we found even more open bays. Seeking clarity, we approached a staff member who seemed to truly loathe social interaction, though he was disguised as the floor manager. When we asked about the open bays, he merely gestured at the colored lights overhead and sneered with disgust, “As YOU can SEE, this bay is BUSY.” I must apologize for my tragic failure in understanding; I have never worked at a Top Golf, nor memorized the pamphlets describing the minute details of the light system. Gifted only with the senses G-d gave me, I noticed a bay bereft of souls—a financial blindspot I sought to fill with my wallet. Even when we finally got a bay, the light was a different color entirely, and the "busy" bay remained empty for most of the night. Perhaps it was reserved for a moment before closing? I certainly wasn't going to demonstrate my ignorance by asking again. While the game was fun, we encountered several annoyances that might have been overlooked if not for the "seasoning" provided by the floor chief: The Clock: The display listed a "Total pay from now until closing" rate. However, an attendant shut us down early, depriving us of the “Play to the last minute” advertised. Perhaps I misread the signage, but that is why I visit driving ranges rather than owning them. The Ball Machine: The dispenser was cynically slow. Once triggered, it would grind audibly before plopping out a ball in a desultory fashion. My brother and I began to fancy an "impossibly small man" lived inside, manually carving each ball from raw material and growing increasingly weary of our requests. The Parking: At the front desk, a gentleman "validated" my parking ticket and wished us well. I use quotations because, upon reaching the Horseshoe exit, the machine cheerily charged us five dollars. Any one of these issues would be a single straw, but combined, it was more than I could safely carry (lacking the back of a camel, after all). We had a good time in spite of the customer service, not because of it. I will credit the bartender who provided us with fresh water after the bar had closed; that was a bright spot. Outside of the game itself, the experience did not feel up to Top Golf standards. I hope these annoyances are rectified in the future, at which point I’ll be happy to adjust my rating. Thanks for your attention to this matter!
