Absolutely terrible service, worker refused to give my parents beer and they had to go up and get it because the server was to lazy and clumsy, and all she said was “there is none on this floor” THAN GO HUSTLE AND GET IT FROM A DIFFERENT, gave us the wrong timing, absolutely terrible, okay food not so good atmosphere, it’s fun but the servers are making no one come back!

HORRIBLE experience Saturday. Did not even get to golf. Wrote a complaint on website. Customers should not have to be severely inconvenienced and prove reservations by going to Topgolf and get paper slip to show that they have reservations just to park at the horseshoe. Construction blocks topgolf so that’s another issue in itself.

Before heading down we Tried called multiple times to see when the kitchen closed as we had a late evening reservation, it took 5 calls within 2 hours for someone to pick up the phone. Ironically the audio message stated a zero wait time for walk in’s, even looking at the reservation page there were multiple reservations available. One would think someone could pick up the phone. When someone finally picked up, it was anything but friendly, as though we were bothering them. That should have turned us off but unfortunately parking was worse. Plan to arrive at least an hour ahead of time just to find parking. It was not made known parking is not on the premises and you will need to use the Casino parking garage and walk over. We left without even going in.

Unprofessional Manager!
Our server appeared new because she wasn't sure about many things and had to keep checking with the manager who wasn’t helpful but she was very pleasant. Here's where the major issues come, we had 2 bays with 10 people and one server. People were ordering food and drinks throughout. The food didn't come out together, some food came late and cold, especially the fries (all food & drinks received by the runner). We didn't complain or send anything back, we were having a good time playing. Some people in my party didn't get a chance to order until later because they were playing when the server came initially. The server didn't come back to check on the table until later, some people had went to the bar to order. Once the last few people got their food and drinks, they had to hurry and eat/drink because the rude manager came over and abruptly told us we had to move because the bay was reserved. We were 7 minutes past our 2 hour reserved time due to waiting on food. If you want people out of the bay at a certain time, cut off orders at a certain time or refund them their money when the food doesn't come out in a decent amount of time for them to eat it.
I could not believe a manager of such a reputable business would carry himself in such a way that he did. His attitude was unprofessional and offensive. I use to come to this location frequently when I lived in the area. We came to celebrate my son's birthday. Sadly, this was my last time until they change management and have better service to their patrons.

Upon arriving at my reservation, which I made through the app as I normally do, I was informed that we would be on the first floor. We never have been on the first floor before. There is also no way to choose a bay or floor in the app. We were told that to move up to the second floor or third floor there would be premium upgrades charged for each specific level, which is never been happen before. I still am unable to find this policy. Once we went to our bay and tried to get started; the screen by the tee box was not working so the staff at the front desk told me just to move over to the next bay. They did not offer to move us up to the second or third floor even though they already knew that I was frustrated about that. There was plenty of bays available, due to storming weather. They gave me a phone number to put in the new bay and just expected me to figure it out. No one came over to help or assist other than the waitress who was great and tried to do her best to help out although that was not her job. When we were struggling to get the get signed into the new bay (as it was asking us for us to pay again and to set up a new reservation) I went back to the front desk. Still no one, including a manager that was talking with me, was willing to actually come out and assist us. They just sent us back and told us what we should be doing. The two managers did eventually make their way out. At this point we had already been waiting around for 30 minutes so we chose to only go with a one hour of gameplay instead 90 minutes that we were planning on because we did have plans later that evening. This was very frustrating. We likely won’t be renewing our Play More membership or going back any time soon.
