- JSJenny ShinMay 2, 20261.0Saw a promotion advertised outside and decided to stop by, only to be told they don’t actually honor that promotion at this location. Really frustrating and misleading experience. If that promotion isn’t valid here, then why put the poster outside in the first place? The staff was also not very friendly or helpful. Definitely would not recommend.

At this time, this location had a BOGO deal of either meatball marinara or spicy Italian. I ask the guy for once of each, and he says he can't make the spicy Italian. It's only lunchtime and all of the meat tubs are full, so basically he just didn't want to make it. After toasting the sandwiches, he abruptly tells me the deals... don't let me add vegetables to the sandwiches? A completely absurd claim, and rude service for absolutely no reason. Won't be going back for nonsense like this.
