  Worst experience I ever I had today this Hispanic lady and other one name kamal? Something like that first we Order a spicy sandwich online, and she gave the sandwich other guy before us we got there before him but she went up to him first while she was talking to this other guy for his number we told her that she gave out the wrong order to the wrong person she got upset and called us broke she refuse up to give us the order after we showed proof of receipt and ID and bank account to show her it was us buying the sandwich she still refused and until we start asking for the boss number for them refusing, and I asked her to give me the boss number Multiple time she Refuse to give it to me I would like a respond back with the bosses number please. Because there’s no way you refuse a customer that already pay showed you that ID showed you their receipt as prove That was their payment.

  Please don’t go to this location there are roaches. As I’m waiting to order my food I see a roach walking on the counter. I was DISGUSTED and so happy I saw this before I even ordered.

  I really would have given them 5 stars on behalf of the food being done & delivered in a timely manner , however my food was incorrect . I placed an order through my subway app which I do all the time from the dogwood location & have no problems . However today I get my food & instantly notice there is no mayonnaise or honey mustard on my sandwich. I give them a call just to let them know hey , my sandwich was missing the mayo, they never acknowledged me they just said hello & put the phone down. I’m actually still on the line hoping someone will eventually pick it up so that we can discuss why my sandwich wasn’t made correctly

  Always generous portions, friendly staff, and great customer service. This is my fav breakfast stop.
