  Food was good but my order was still messed up. Late night order and barely anyone in line. Got a smash burger combo with tater tots and a Oreo milkshake. Meant to get a blast but also was given fries... Not tots

  Put in an order at the drive thru, everything was cool- they repeated my order back, gave me a total, said you're welcome. I get to the window and they try to tell me that they didn't take my order & that they dont have what i ordered... what ?????? She immediately started accommodating & gave other options but that was crazy. Maybe they should've said that from the jump & I could've just left, but instead I sat in a long line of cars thinking they had my order- so to make the wait worth it I got something else even though I probably should've just left. What do you mean yall didn't take my order????? yes you did?????? Gaslighting customers instead of being honest is crazy work.

  The stalls are always shut down. And the food always takes forever to come out. Its like they only have one staff member inside. I waited for 15 minutes today and would've left had i not already placed my order ahead of time. Food came cold anyways.
