  Always a pleasant experience. Shelves are always well stocked, store is always clean, and the staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful when questions arise. There is plenty of parking, and is conveniently located near some fast food restaurants as well.

  If you ever think about getting your groceries delivered by Safeway themselves, please don't. You will be wasting your money and time. I came home last week to find out that Safeway on Boston Street delivered groceries to my address when I never even placed an order. Since I know how expensive groceries are and thought that these groceries could be someone's dinner that night I called Safeway and found out it was this location that had delivered the order to the wrong address. Due to privacy they couldn't share the address so I let it go. I tried calling back about an hour or so later and requested a manager. She repeated the same thing but then asked me for my phone number and address. And said she'd get back to me. She never called back. Because of their lack of care and irresponsibility a whole bag of refrigerated and frozen food has gone to waste. I have a small fridge and freezer so I couldn't put the items away. Even if I did, we don't even know how long those groceries were sitting there. Shame on you Safeway. I won't ever step another foot in your door. For the record I asked my neighbors if they were missing a Safeway grocery delivery order. So I definitely did more than my part to get these groceries to their rightful owner.

  I did a online order from this store on July 5, 2026, the driver got lost so he text me with the text been translated, the driver said he was here, I told him I'm at my door and you are not here, driver sent pics and I told him that's not my house and I wasn't sure where he was, I asked him, what street is he on, he couldn't tell me, I call the phone and he wouldn't answer, so he finally said he can't answer because he can't speak English, then he ask if I could me him, I said 1 L'm not fully dressed and I don't know where you is, he told me get dress and meet him, I'm like how can I meet you if I don't know where you are, then a second later he marked my stuff as delivered, I customer service and it was a whole brunch of bs, then said I will get my refund, the map showed he was about 2 courts away from me when it was marked delivered which can see and they can see but a whole week later no refund or email confirming my refund, but I have the screenshot from the customer service chat, y'all got people out here that can't speak English and can't communicate because they can't speak English, I feel like I got robbed, my bank on but still upset of the way they handled the situation, I got no goods and my money is gone, please beware that the Safeway delivery is not going to assist you when their people mess up
