For less than 10 dollars I got a breast and a wing, which is all they had at the time, with potato wedges and macaroni and cheese as my sides. I was told I can wait another 10 minutes for thighs and legs. There were only 2 people at the counter was each were serving only either hot food or the deli. I did discover they were short staffed due to a call out. Service was slow. I did appreciate the lady that waited on me by changing her gloves but they should have tongs for the chicken. I was not to thrilled with how much she scooped the macaroni and cheese, she barely filled the container. The meal was close to 10 dollars. By the time I returned to my office which is down the street and sat down to eat I found the food to be luke warm. After taking a couple of bites, the macaroni and cheese reminded me of KFC's macaroni and cheese, not my fav. The chicken was ok and the wing was on the small side. I don't think I will return here for lunch.

I avoid it at all costs, last minute resort type. The parking lot is actually disgusting, it’s always filled with so much trash. The flowers are always dying!? And they have the audacity to sell them at full price. Make that make sense?! The refrigerated produce is always sub par. I will say the inside of the Safeway is not dirty or disorganized. I actually feel comfortable purchasing items when needed. The employees are a good help, but for some reason, they always have maximum two employees working at the cashier. Every interaction I’ve had with the Safeway employees has been ok. And omg, 2/5 times I’ve gone somebody is always stealing?!? I know the store can’t help that part but I would like to see what the store is working on implementing to minimize that experience for its shoppers. I’m very interested to see this store improve in the near future.
