  The old lady working today at the self checkout 09/28/26 around 2pm, seemed annoyed when I asked her to help me. She even rolled her eyes, I mean sorry but that's literally her job to help the customers, we don't like calling for help at the self check out, but sometimes is really needed it

  Selling rotten meat. Purchased a whole oven roaster chicken $26. It was sealed in two bags so I couldn't smell it. Got it home 😷🤢🤮

  Idk how they are still in business. If you are trying to get in and out, Safeway is NOT it. Usually there are multiple self check out registers down and 1 cashier available. Not only are their prices higher than everybody else, they are the slowest check out around. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because of their floral and produce section. They usually have great vases and flowers to choose from and the produce section is pretty fresh.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recurring experiences at this location, which I have frequented since 2005. Unfortunately, the store’s service standards have remained consistently poor over the years. My primary concerns are as follows: * **Wait Times:** Lines are consistently long, and the self-checkout kiosks are frequently unavailable or malfunctioning. * **Customer Service:** The service provided in the deli department is unsatisfactory. During my recent visit, a staff member(FEMALE) exhibited unprofessional behavior by being dismissive of customers. Even when there was a significant backlog of patrons, the employee failed to assist or acknowledge requests efficiently, despite being available to do so. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the shopping experience for your customers.

  Very quiet, clean. Hardly any staff it seemed but I guess all companies are scaling back staff and increasing prices. Safeway has always been rather costly which is why I seldom shop there. They offer nothing out of the ordinary to make this THEE DESTINATION grocery store. However, I found exactly what I was looking for and was in and out. What I didn’t like is that I had no bags, just a iPhone and coin purse with my id and bank cards. All of sudden the associate found busy work to watch and be right around me when she was clearly doing nothing standing by to wall beforehand. I don’t steal as I worked in Loss prevention, security and retail a long time. I know when someone is monitoring you. Heads up if someone wants to steal with the limited associates working they don’t go to self checkout, THEY GO OUT THE DOOR!
