I normally don’t give reviews like this but after traveling a couple hours to make my flight, as you know that can be stressful, she made it her point to make my visit TERRIBLE. Not only was she rude but you can tell she didn’t want to be there. She had this attitude and aura as if she was the greatest human being to touch a counter, but didn’t care to assist anyone with a smile at all. She didn’t make my visit pleasant. The food was good, you guys almost made me a repeat customer after my failed attempts previously. I’m mainly typing this out so your establishment can recognize that she isn’t a great employee. She was snippy and barely wanted to assist me as she said to grab a drink when I had already told her what I wanted. Why make me walk all the way over there to grab it when you don’t have to scan it? Again, I don’t do reviews but this time made me realize that I should definitely start utilizing this because she is around our youth and exemplifying the wrong attitude towards life. Thank you for hearing me vent, Ines Shenton is her name. Energy all around was disgusting and really made my airport experience even more exhausting. Location was Gate C3, thank you.
