I made a pick up order which was accepted through their online system. I drove 32 minutes to find out the restaurant was closed after having been informed my order would be ready for pick up at 11:29am. This was also having confirmed via google that Posi’s Kitchen was open today. The gentleman who answered the door informed me the restaurant was closed and that I would have the money I paid reimbursed. The staff member was rude and was unable to explain why my order went through via their online order system which prompted me to drive over half an hour to the restaurant. The staff member was unable to reimburse the money immediately, leaving me to question when I would in fact receive my reimbursement. There were no business hours posted out front other than the business hours on google that stated they were open. Something must be done as this establishment has customers traveling a distance. Please ensure something is done regarding the online order system since we cannot order via phone anymore and so the system states the establishment is closed for that day.
