- QHQueen HMay 10, 20261.0I want to start off by saying the customer service at Pizza Boli's was extremely disappointing. I asked for the employee’s name and he told me his name was “Ray.” His customer service was HORRIBLE. One of my pizzas was missing toppings, so I called and politely asked if they could send the correct pizza. “Ray” told me no, and instead said they would only credit me for the amount of the missing toppings on a future order. I then asked to speak with a manager, and he refused to connect me with one. The pizzas were cold and the crust was hard. We ended up throwing the pizzas away. Overall, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and refusing to let a customer speak with management made the experience even worse.
