  Order from website a 3 sub combos got 3 sandwiches call to let them know they were agreeing and would check website. Another time the website said no meat for extra meat they called and asked it I wanted meat had to explain no meat meant extra meat. I'm done with this place.

  Had me waiting for hour and half for forgotten sodas and then said delivery guy went home , ruined the pizza meal. Definitely not ordering from them again.

  I’ve been ordering from the Mt. Washington location for years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I recently ordered an 8” cheesesteak sub with specific toppings because I do not eat fried onions or bell peppers due to physical discomfort. Despite that, my sandwich was prepared with both. I attempted to remove them to salvage the meal but still experienced discomfort and ultimately had to throw most of it away. I reached out through your website contact form and also raised the issue through Uber Eats, but after more than a week, I have received no response from either. This appears to be a training and order-accuracy issue, and I hope it is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience. I would still appreciate follow-up.

  Second time ordering and I got the meatster without Italian sausage and salami and they left it off .. pizza was hot and delicious maybe it’s on who they got in the kitchen ..but thank u baby my pizza is smackin
