  The pizza at pizza bolis is LEGENDARY. I've been eating from this establishment for decades. I prefer bolis over dominos, hut, and Papa John's ANY DAY! Now, the location I'm not particularly about so it's to order your food and if you personally pick it up, get your order and LEAVE ASAP LOL

  I order the same thing everytime I eat from this place so I ordered a pizza bolis Cobb salad no green peppers no olives ! They literally gave me a salad with only chicken turkey cucumber and lettuce no egg onion bacon nothing ! I call to inform the manager he tells me okay the chef said he added everything I said okay an the paying customer is telling you what I received he placed me on hold for 20 minutes to pass the phone off to someone else every time I order from this location I have a problem and I’m pissed because I love pizza bolis and this is the only local one and their customer service SUCKS along with their attention to detail!

  I placed an order about a hour ago. It came and the pizza is very flat no crust. I have never ever had to specify thick crust when ordering and I called promptly. The manager and employees played hot potato with the phone and when the cashier got back on the line she told me the manager would not be giving me a refund or remaking the pizza and that that’s just how it came out. Times is too hard and they don’t know what a person is going through to straight up refuse to give them what they ordered. She told me I need to watch my tone because I was demanding to know WHY they think it’s ok not to refund someone their money. She hung up on me I called back and it’s going on 7 mins that I been on hold. They are being nasty and rude. So I just left from The restaurant turns out it’s a call center that handles the calls. The people in the restaurant was actually very nice and even gave me a refund offering a free pizza as well which I declined because I wasn’t trying to get over. I just wanted fair customer service. I felt obligated to come back and make it very clear that it wasn’t the people in the store that was rude, but it was the individuals inside of the call center who takes the phone calls. I will be attaching a log of my call log so that you can see how many times these people hung up on me and refuse to speak to me.

  I ordered and never received my order I called over 10 times nobody responded so I lost out on money 🤦🏽‍♂️

  I placed an order and never received it and the manager canceled because he claimed it was out of range. Waited for the food to be delivered for two hours. Once I called I was in the manager canceled the order without my knowledge.
