  If I could give a negative I would! Ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni…. What I got was cardboard with non existent cheese! I waited in store for my pizza for a half hour I had to ask them was my pizza done They game me a box of old tasting pizza I knew it was a reason why I never like them The papa John’s in Canton

  pizza sucked , it was a tomato sauce pizza … that’s how much tomato sauce was on my pizza and i definitely didn’t order extra tomato sauce … had me thinking is papa john’s even good ? dominos is dragging on yall if this the quality of pizza papa john’s is giving out

  Not sure what happened, but this isn’t correct spec for Papa John’s. There’s so much pizza sauce on this pizza. It’s messy. It’s disgusting. It’s wrong. It’s uncalled for. Why do people do this? Dinner for the family is ruined.

  FYI Save your money and AVOID this papa John’s at all costs! This is how this Papa John’s location had my pizza delivered and when I called to ask for them to fix it, they said it was nothing they could do and the “manager” had zero compassion and placed the blame on the delivery person. The fact the manager even let a pizza leave his store looking like this is ridiculous.. It’s impossible for a delivery driver to mess a pizza up like this! He took zero accountability.. Now I see the reason this store has only 2.7 stars… order somewhere else!

  Very rarely do I leave a 1 star rating. Today though, Papa John's has earned it. Also, this post contains no picture of pizza. Which may seem odd at first. But after 2.5 hours of waiting on the pizza I ordered, its appropriate. And that is the entirety of the post. 2.5 hours and counting, my kids in full revolt, im wondering why Papa John's app has no time stamp on the orders. Of course if it did, I could legitimately complain about having to wait 2.5 plus hours. Conveniently, for Papa no such time stamps exist. Hence why the denial runs deeper than the UX. Suffice to say, this will be the last time I order from ya'll. Why? Cause if im going to wait 2.5+ hours for a pizza....I can just go sit in a restaurant. Sincerely, your prior customer.
