She received a cheese pizza with only bbq sauce. She called to let them know the pepperonis were missing from her pizza. A female employee answered the call and my friend was told that because she took one bite off one slice, she couldn’t get another pizza or a refund. The employee hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. She is upset from the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior she encountered tonight. Thanks to GrubHub, she received a refund. This is a total disappointment and she will never order from that location again.

My amount was $32.00. I had to call grub hub to get my refund for the pizza. I will not be ordering from PaPa John’s again after such poor, unprofessional, inappropriate customer service.

Sad that when you call corporate to complain THEY DO NOT CALL BACK becuse they no longer care about CUSTOMER SERVICE or brand reputation.
