- SOSharon OzelMay 12, 20263.0My friend ordered a pizza from this Papa Johns on 33rd Street. She asked for ingredients of cheese, pepperonis, with bbq sauce. She received a cheese pizza with only bbq sauce. She called to let them know the pepperonis were missing from her pizza. A female employee answered the call and my friend was told that because she took one bite off one slice, she couldn’t get another pizza or a refund. The employee hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. She is upset from the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior she encountered tonight. Thanks to GrubHub, she received a refund. This is a total disappointment and she will never order from that location again.

Sad that when you call corporate to complain THEY DO NOT CALL BACK becuse they no longer care about CUSTOMER SERVICE or brand reputation.
