  They suck I ordered two pizzas and wings I got the pizzas but not my wings .then I got a call from the driver saying his boss told him no wings were in the order I told him I understand he is the driver he has nothing to do with the food he gave me a number to the manager I called and she said If I want my wings I have to pay another delivery fee and everything else again lady e On the phone very nice but need more training

  So unfortunately, I really hate that. I have to write this review however I wanted to place an order in In person around 9:30 PM and I had a very rude interaction with one of the workers there they wanted me to unlock my phone because I did not have my card on me after I asked before placing my order if they take Apple Pay they wanted me to remove the password code on my phone so that they can just pay at the counter which I said no problem. Let me figure it out. However, the lady with the septum piercing in her nose stated oh you’re wasting my time you can place the order online. I did not feel comfortable with ordering food so I had to drive 25 minutes away to the next Papa John’s, and order food for my family

  Terrible delivery experience. I ordered pizza online by phone (calling) because that sites “online ordering was down”. I was charged by card when ordering, then when the driver arrived, he asked me for cash to pay and told me that I hadn’t payed. I told him that I’d pay cash if I can cancel the online charge my card was already charged for, and he said that was fine, so I then went to find cash to pay him. I asked him if he had any change so I could give him around 20% tip because I only had larger bills. He then went to his car to check, meanwhile someone else I was with offered up the cash they had to make the tip. He returned saying he couldn’t do any change, so then I gave him the cash, now with smaller bills that now gave him 18% tip. He got angry that I was able to find more exact change, looked at me like he was very upset, stormed off angrily stomping to his car and left. It seems like either that driver or the restaurant are working some sort of scam? Either way, terrible experience. Pizza is good, so probably okay to order pickup but I would avoid ordering delivery from this location at all costs.

  Please...friendly service my butt, some light skin lady just yelled at me about my order. Rude, damn near threw the food at me, is this what we do nowadays?

  I honestly don’t know how this location stays in business. We placed our order at 12AM (they’re “open until 4”) and the tracker sat on ‘Preparing’ for hours with zero updates. Then, instead of delivering the food or even bothering to contact us, they simply canceled the order. No explanation. To make it even better, they wouldn’t answer the phone when we called to find out what was going on. Apparently customer service consists of ignoring people until they give up. So I drove over, and where were all of the employees? Smoking. Not one inside. Do yourself a favor and order from LITERALLY anywhere else. At least you’ll know whether you’re actually getting dinner.
