- YFYoung FaceMar 28, 20261.0I would give this place negative -5. I placed my order through the app. The app provided the confirmation and tracked the meal to tell me when to pick it up. Upon arrival I showed my phone along with confirmation which ended in 7850. The manager swore me up and down it was not in their system and that I needed to contact the customer service number to request a refund. I said that would take 7-10 business days when I have the confirmation right here. The unprofessional manager African American with pink blonde hair said it’s nothing she could do. I said could you check again by using my phone number. And sure enough the receipt printed and she handed me my food with an attitude. Definitely contacting corporate after I post this.

I immediately called to complain and request the correct items. Whoever answered the phone couldn’t understand my issue. I was very disappointed. Then a manager called me back. She was very nice and said she would send out the correct items right away. While my guest who is gluten free didn’t get any pizza (she had to leave before the replacement items arrived) the replacements arrived quickly and hot. I appreciated that the manager took the time to call me to straighten it out very quickly. Nice recovery!
