  I have never from Papa John's got a pizza I didn't like. But this time it was the worst I have ever had in my life. The smell alone made me wanna throw up. I have also gotten a pan pizza from Papa John's but this pan pizza I received was just down right disgusting. There was cheddar cheese baked on the bottom of the entire pizza. I called the store where it came from ( Belair rd and Taylor ave) they then told me that the pizzas come pre made and it's supposed to have CHADDER cheese backed on the bottom. I said wow thats weird because it's no where on the web site. They didn't even try to help me at all. Didn't offer to remake or refund me. I then called the customer service number and they helped me file a complaint. Also had me take a picture for proof. Waiting to hear back with next steps.

  I was there for 20 minutes trying to pick up and order , which at the end was given to me incomplete and had to wait another 10 minutes. Unacceptable!

  0 stars are warranted for this restaurant. They have probably some of the most difficult, unkind and unprofessional staff. Also worth mentioning the customer service is HORRIBLE! If you order any food item from here for delivery, DO NOT expect to eat anytime soon. You’ll surely wait atleast 2 hours (not an exaggeration). When the pizza finally arrives, it will be hacked and apparently cut by a plastic fork and by someone unprepared to do so(see the picture of oddly sliced pizza). This is their standard for pizza. I will gladly drive past this store and go out of my way to the next store to spend my money. Sad excuse for a store and will never spend my hard earned money here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(

  IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THEY ARE MAD RUDE AND ALSO VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I’m trying to pick up. My food Mind you I went before they’re closing because they close at 11:00 they are throwing away fresh pizzas at 10:30 in the trash and when I go there at 1035 They are kicking me out and telling me they are closed and not even listening to me and being mad rude so unprofessional Threw away all that food and I have a picture of it

  They didnt deliver my whole order and won't pick up the phone. Ive called 8 times over the last 3 hours. When you hit the place an order button on the phone, it takes you to some central location that does orders, not the actual store but when i tried to get help from cooperate they told me to call the store. I cant believe im going to dispute the charge but you cant just steal someones money, and that's what you did by not giving me all of my order. Won't be returning.
