  What a unfortunate Birthday brunch, my Husband and I hadn't visited Miss Shirley's a some time. So I thought it would be great since we had a day off and it was my birthday we'd make the 45 minute drive and have a yummy brunch. What a let down, food was so mid we could have simply went to mcdonalds 10 minutes from the house and would have enjoyed that more probably and would have saved us at least 60 plus bucks even after paying for the mcdonalds breakfast. I think we now remember why we hadn't been here in so long, won't be back!

  The blueberry and white chocolate pancakes were absolutely amazing, as were the eggs. Jackson was an excellent server and was super friendly. Olivia, presumably the manager, even came to the table to thank me for choosing to eat here. Easily one of the best breakfast places in the area, by a long shot.

  I visited on Aug 10 for the first time. I tried to ask Sophia questions about the food and she offered to come back after I reviewed the menu. After I started to order again and asked a question she again said she would give me a few minutes to look over the menu. I don't know why asking questions triggered this response more than once. Finally, I decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere. I'm here visiting from Detroit for a week long convention. I wish she could have just answered my questions.

  My husband and I went here on a late breakfast brunch date when we got there it was a good greeting from the front host. Parking is OK but if it’s crowded, you definitely would have to park and walk. It was just my husband and I and the host was gonna put us at a six top dinner table, which is absolutely insane so I asked the move to a smaller table when we got to the table young lady named India came over. She took our drink orders ,her energy.was very upbeat at first, but then it kind of started die down. She had a couple of snarky remarks . I didn’t like . She took our orders. She wasn’t coming to check in with us. Someone else brought us our food. I got the waffles, bacon and eggs. The waffles came out cold so we sent those back and it came back again. It was hot That was good. The energy was very bland. I would never come again.

  Our visit, 3 older African American women. The brisket was wonderful. I enjoyed my cocktail. The service that Mr. Gianni offered was exceptional. He delivered disappointing news, oh! we don’t have that item right now. That’s not on the menu anymore. It was still lovely. My complaint, as a disabled veteran, I hate the lack of parking opportunities at Cold Spring Lane. The back parking lot was closed. Street parking, had to walk a block after parking. A block back. See you soon.
