  I have been a regular costumer here for months. I always get coffee from here. Before, everything was good but nowadays I never get it right. Sometimes the coffee is light as the milk and sometimes it is so dark that I cannot even taste the caramel. My head started to hurt I swear when I had the coffee. Very disappointing.

  They hire anybody at this McDonald’s , horrible customer service , drink came messy with unknown substance oozing out and half way filled .

  I don’t come to this McDonald’s location very often since I usually go to the Nottingham area locations, but I’ve had good experiences here when dining in. The interior is relatively spacious, which makes it comfortable to sit and eat. The overall atmosphere feels calm and cozy—likely because many local residents visit this location—so it’s more relaxed compared to other branches. The dining area is also consistently kept clean, which I appreciate. As for the food, it’s about what you’d expect from McDonald’s—nothing above or below expectations, but still satisfying. I haven’t used the drive-thru here, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you plan to dine in.

  I took my kids to this McDonald's for lunch today and I will not be going back. By the time we got our food the fries and nuggets were cold. I got two 10 piece nugget meals and only received one. I had to go back up and ask for the rest of my food and the gentleman that I spoke to acted as if he did not understand me or it was an inconvenience to help me. I am finding that all the McDonald's around this area has gone down hill. The food is not good and the food is always cold.
