- APA. Pleasant5 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. I had the police called on me today because I was asking for clarification on my order. They stated the transaction didn’t process on their end but it was showing on my phone so I asked if they could possibly “refresh” their screen and the so called “manager” immediately assumed I was attempting to scam and threatened to call the police. I naturally got defensive and so she called the police and went to back or pretended to do so but came back with my food and demanded I leave. This proves the transaction did go through as I would have not received the food for free or “scam” them as she assumed. This was horrible service. I do not recommend. I will not be back.

Fries were soggy, fish sandwich had a strange taste & the nuggets were tough which has never happened before. The employees were professional and very nice.
