  I visited this McDonald's and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I looked at the screen and saw that it said upcharge $.20. when I arrived at the window to pay I mentioned to the guy that I did not ask for my drink to be made a large (which is what was on the screen). He said that if there was a problem they would take care of it at the other window. So when I got to the other window I decided that I would just get a cup of ice (in place of the $.20 upcharge). The woman at the window said that I didn't order a cup of ice and I said that I didn't ask for my order to be upcharged either. She said that it's just 20 cents and then said that McDonald's is charging for the cups now! What I didn't understand is that if you were going to upcharge me for a bigger drink then why didn't they give me a large fry too? So the woman just decided to go ahead and give me the ice (a small cup with 4 cubes inside of it). I don't appreciate being upcharged for "cups" because they feel like it! *** Buyers beware and watch those screens and check your receipts***

  Used the McDonald's app to order food in advance, 10 minutes prior approximately, I arrived and I tell them my code then was told to park in a numbered spot. Took exactly 16 minutes to receive food, and other patrons also waited in a congested drive thru line about 7 cars long. I specifically asked for no ice in drinks and Barbecue sauce on the app, none of those request were met. Fast food isnt fast, and people aren't capable or competent of doing basic things like reading and adhering to what the customer wants. 5-16-2026. Won't order here EVER again.

  Great place to take a break,walk your dog etc. Great trail around the park!

  Placed an order for breakfast at 10:20am, at 10:38 it was cancelled for absolutely 0 reason. I'm certain they gave it away to someone else in line and cancelled my order through the app. Worst people ever 0 accountability
