  I've come here about 10 times and each time has solidified my choice to just visit a different store. Everything I walked in, without fail, the floor was sticky and dirty (your shoes literally stick to the floor and you have to make great effort to pick them up to walk), and none of the tables were clean. There is also always a long line but I first thought it was due to the location (it's because people wait for 30+ minutes to get their food). Recently I went inside and ordered just a mcflurry but waited 15 minutes to get it, it got to the point when I had to ask staff for my order again because I was about to miss my bus (which arrived 25 minutes after I got to the store). I recognize that they are extremely understaffed, so these issues are mainly on management but it just gets to a point.

  Both the female manager and black man working at the front are extremely rude. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal with TWO strawberry pies. We were charged for two pies but only received one so we went inside. We waited patiently for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgement by the black man working at the front, nor the female manager who only told us to step aside as she was assisting other ppl. No, “I’ll be with you shortly,” or any manners whatsoever. Completely ignored us. However, I tried to remain patient as there were other customers there besides us. After 10 minutes of waiting, my boyfriend politely spoke to the black man at the front saying “excuse me, sir….” and the man rudely cut him off before he finished speaking and walked away. When the man came back he continued being rude to my boyfriend, without giving us the chance to speak, so I began to argue with him about his tone. He attempted to go back and forth with me, and when he realized I was not backing down nor was I afraid of being nasty, he called his manager for back up. When my boyfriend began explaining to her what the issue was she walked away mid sentence. At this point I am now preparing to go off and say forget the pie. She gave us our second pie, but their demeanor was extremely uncalled for. It’s no wonder they're working in McDonald’s. That nasty attitude will keep them there. If they ever see this: don’t be mad at customers bc u are too incompetent to complete the only job ur nasty demeanor can get u. Have the day u deserve. <3 :)

  Order a quarter pounder it was raw. Got it reordered it was raw AGAIN. The fries are soggy. The sprite is 99%water 1% sprite. I reordered my food just for it to be the same. Cooking a patty ain’t that hard.

  Rude Hispanic girl was mad cause I went around the car in line that was there laughing and playing speaking in Spanish for about 6/7min when it was 8 cars behind me in the drive thru. She didn’t wanna give me my door dash order because she wanted me to wait for them to Finnish their convo, that wasn’t important. She acted as if she didn’t wanna give me the order, telling me to go back around when my order was clearly right there ready and waiting. Tried of people speaking in Spanish being nasty and unprofessional…
