- APAaron Park2 days ago1.0Ordered a sandwich and was told I need to wait 15-20 min for french bread because they ran out of it. At 1pm! So their replacement for it was wheat breads that are size of your palm and the sandwich stacked up 15cm high. How can a sandwich shop run out of their french breads during lunchtime?

Also they advertise that they're open until 10pm but this is wildly inaccurate since on one occasion I arrived at 7:45pm to find the doors locked and a rude employee come outside with a delivery tell me he doesn't know what time they close but if the doors are locked then they are closed. Another occasion I arrived at 9pm to find the doors locked and no answer from employees inside.

Jimmy John's on Pratt, however, were fantastic! They were friendly, fast, organized, and efficient. Every single employee working on August 11th was working hard and providing quality sandwiches at top speed. Excellent sandwiches! Excellent service! And EXCELLENT ATTITUDES! THANK YOU FOR AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! 5 STARS!
