  We were in Baltimore for the BTS concerts 8/10/20-8/11/26. We had a horrible experience at the Hard Rock Cafe the day before. They couldn't handle the large crowds. Jimmy John's on Pratt, however, were fantastic! They were friendly, fast, organized, and efficient. Every single employee working on August 11th was working hard and providing quality sandwiches at top speed. Excellent sandwiches! Excellent service! And EXCELLENT ATTITUDES! THANK YOU FOR AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! 5 STARS!

  I dont know how its legal to close a store in the middle of the day with active orders locked inside. Twice they've stole my money. You put in an order and they just say the store is closed when you get there. Awesome

  Sandwiches were good, but the brotha that was taking the order obviously didn’t want to be there with the body language and the facial expressions. It was like pulling teeth to ask a damn question. Go change careers.

  Line was out the door. They were slow. Was not worth the wait for a mediocre sandwhich.
