- RARafael AraujoOct 4, 20263.0How many negative reviews will it take for management to address this? They took my name with the order, but instead of calling names, they only called out the drink (after 20 min of waiting). Since mine was also a peanut butter drink and no one else was picking it up, I reasonably thought it was mine. It looked smaller than the large I had ordered, so I asked, and the employee later said it wasn’t mine. She then rudely told me I “should have paid attention before taking it.” How was I supposed to know when they didn’t call a name and it was the exact same drink? I honestly suspect the wrong size may have been made, but regardless, blaming the customer and giving me a lecture over their unclear system was completely unnecessary.

- NSNathalie StricklandSep 8, 20261.0I don’t like to write bad reviews but I couldn’t help to have others avoid this place. I order a Mega mango and although I didn’t mind that it was not sweet, the fruits taste like they were old/spoiled. I couldn’t drink it.
- MPMs. PAug 21, 20261.0These are some of the most hateful and unhelpful employees. There never seems to be enough workers and when they are working, the service is horrible or they are out of ingredients. Today the lady announces we are making no bowls because we don’t have time. Not that we are out of the necessary ingredients, we just aren’t making them. I wish there was another option because they clearly don’t want to be here.
- JJJamie JacquesAug 13, 20261.0I fly all the time and through BWI regularly and this is got to be the worst Jamba Juice location by far. Every time there are 2-3 employees around, but only 1 working. The others are either on break or leaving. There is always a line and people leaving the line or simply walking by saying”the line is too long”. I guarantee, you would increase your profit at this location with simply proper staffing scheduling and getting your employees the help they need
