  I fly all the time and through BWI regularly and this is got to be the worst Jamba Juice location by far. Every time there are 2-3 employees around, but only 1 working. The others are either on break or leaving. There is always a line and people leaving the line or simply walking by saying”the line is too long”. I guarantee, you would increase your profit at this location with simply proper staffing scheduling and getting your employees the help they need

  9:15 PM on 07/28 and the young man working the cashier says “we are closed, my boss makes us stay 30 mins after we close” I asked what time they close and he said “like 9”. He clearly just did not want to make any smoothies and get out of work.

  My sister and I visited this Jamba location because we’d never had Jamba before and wanted to see what all the hype was about. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression and a poor representation of the brand. Before I could even place my order, the cashier was busy talking with a coworker and completely ignored my sister. On top of that, they were out of the ingredients for the White Gummi smoothie, which was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the pace of service. Most of the employees seemed to be moving incredibly slowly, and only one or two people appeared to be actively working while everyone else stood around. The lack of urgency and customer service made what should have been a quick stop take much longer than it should have. I really hope management addresses the staffing and customer service at this location because this experience did not live up to Jamba’s reputation.
