  Very rude management. Tonight one of the managers on duty decided to go back and forth with my family and I while we were trying to check out our items. I don’t understand why this behavior is allowed especially from this particular role. Someone who has worked customer service you do not go back and forth with customers. Then at that this particular manager tried to include other customers in the altercation. I think this is absurd. I don’t want to see people fired but I believe this manager needs more training when it comes to customer service and how to approach situations.

  Prices are too high. People can't afford these affluent New York prices. Next time don't allow a complaint about Wes Moore's MTA to stalk a customer until the nearby Italian restaurant closes. Government did not eat.

  I love this Giant! They do an excellent job w my pickup orders and are always so friendly. The actual store is so clean and has a great selection. This my grocery store home, LOVE IT.
