  Penny is worst and rude when I asked for do you have an Apple Pay ? she replied I don’t know And when I asked for one bag she just thrown somewhere she needs to be behave well not coming here again .

  I like to purchase fruit and the fabulous Eastern Shore seafood salad from the Giant. I also purchased an assortment of cheesecake from the Bakery department. All of these items were delicious!

  Exceptional customer service should be taught,e g its empathetic proactive, it involves listening, responding with speed and efficiency, some of those women at the customer service counter doing the transaction need to be taught to be personable, no one is begging you to do the public a favor, I've notice the unconcerned behavior at this specific Giant. I personally believe its colorism, not because someone is dressed a certain way or have an accent you have no idea whose in your presence Learn to be kind,and smile your job is not a chore.

  The store is really big it’s nice and clean, and the prices are reasonable. Everything thing looked nice and fresh
