  Tbh when serviced I enjoy it. However it’s a shot in the dark with the deli. To come on my lunch it’s hit or miss if things will be ready. Also it’s no reason why it should take 10/15 minutes to get serviced with only two people waiting to get served. I will leave bc wait for something from the deli. So based off service being available and repeated experience I give it a 2.

  If I could do zero stars I would. Leaving the store now and it was by far the worst experience I've had at a Giant Food. I want to believe that management wasn't present because there's no way an employee would be able to get away with getting on the intercom to tell customers "you all have 20 minutes left... not 30 and not 40, but 20... if you aren't at the register by then, you will be escorted out..." She even went as far as to say that customers would be considered "stealing" if they don't exit in time. I wish I knew her name, but she had no viewable name tag and no one used her name, but she definitely used her co-worker Tristen's name plenty. Overall professionalism was in the pits. I don't care to hear how you "ready to go by 930pm" or to hear you call other customers "niggas." I know it's a pain to hire new people and difficult to get mature / responsible employees, but y'all can't be THIS desperate. Step it up and stop embarrassing the culture because our elders and overall community deserves better.
