  This is my favorite market. I go to you all the time and my grandma is a member so we get a discount. They always have fresh fruit fresh food always in and out they even have their own self check out. You can’t beat it. I go in there regularly to get what I need and it’s never too crowded, but it is busy and we do have staff in the regular checkout lines not too many but they are like a good four or five and the lines are not that much longer if you do choose the stand in them.

  I recently visited Giant Food, and my overall experience was smooth, convenient, and well-organized. The store is spacious, clean, and arranged in a way that makes shopping easy even during busy hours. Aisles are clearly labeled, and products are well-stocked, which helps save time while finding everyday essentials. One of the strongest points of Giant Food is its wide variety of groceries. From fresh fruits and vegetables to dairy, bakery items, frozen foods, and household essentials, everything is available under one roof. The fresh produce section stood out in particular, as the fruits and vegetables looked fresh, neatly arranged, and regularly restocked. The store also offers a good selection of international and specialty products, which is helpful for customers looking for more than just basic groceries. Prices are fairly competitive, and there are often discounts and weekly deals that make shopping more budget-friendly. Customer service was also decent. The staff members were available when needed and helpful in guiding me to certain sections. Billing was fairly quick, and the checkout process was managed efficiently even when there were a few customers in line. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were well maintained throughout the store, which adds to the overall shopping comfort. The lighting and layout make it easy to navigate, even for first-time visitors. Overall, Giant Food is a reliable and practical grocery store that focuses on variety, freshness, and convenience. It may not feel overly luxurious, but it consistently delivers a solid shopping experience. I would definitely recommend it for regular grocery needs as well as bulk shopping.

  I had a very disturbing experience at this Giant location and I will not stay quiet about it. My child, who has a disability, was using a wheelchair when we entered the store. An employee immediately told him to “get off.” I clearly stated that my child has a disability and requires the wheelchair, yet staff continued to argue with me and insisted he could not use it simply because he is a child. It did not stop there. Employees began speaking loudly about us in front of other customers, causing unnecessary attention and embarrassment. My child and I were both humiliated. To make matters worse, we were followed around the store. When I addressed the issue with the manager (Jackson), he repeated the same false claim and dismissed my concerns instead of correcting his staff. This is not just bad customer service this is a serious lack of ADA awareness and basic respect. You do NOT question or deny someone’s use of a wheelchair because you “don’t think” they need it. No parent should have to defend their child’s disability in a grocery store. I expect Giant to address this immediately with proper staff training and accountability. Until then, I would strongly reconsider shopping at this location.
