  This Giant location is generally a good store, and most of the employees are friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the service I usually receive here. However, I have had repeated negative experiences with the older woman who handles Money Orders. Unfortunately, her attitude toward customers is often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I have personally experienced this behavior and have also witnessed her treating other customers in a similar manner. It is disappointing because the rest of the staff do a great job and create a welcoming environment. I hope management addresses this issue so that the customer service experience can be consistent throughout the store. Overall, this is a good location with many hardworking employees, but this particular issue needs attention.

  I want to complain about the pepsi Guy because he doesn't put enough Pepsi Zero on the shelf. There's not enough 2 liters, there is never any 1 liters of Pepsi Zero on the shelf. At the Pikesville Location, there's always 1 liter of Pepsi Zero. I knew a man who use to work for pepsi and he told me that they make comission on these sodas. It must be true. Also, for 2 weeks, they haven't had any 20 oz. Pepsi Zero available. This is my 4 Time complaining about this and nothing is being done. Appearently, I'm being ignored. Its been 1 Month later, There are no 20oz Pepsi Zero in the refrigerator section up front where the cash register are and 1 Liter pepsi Zero. There is a price tag for 1 liter Pepsi Zero but it always empty. They will put other 1 liters to cover up the empty space.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THIS BAKERY !!!! especially if it’s a special event. I went in to order my son cake for his BIRTHDAY and the guy with the locs who runs the bakery has a real NASTY attitude! Not only that he messed my son’s birthday cake so I left empty handed ! Although the store manager and Marion and Customer services rep Felicia tried to make the situation better which their customer service was top tier, the harm was already done. I wanted what I had PAID for, which was due at the time the order was placed ! Instead of when the cake was done so I know the order was CORRECT which it wasn’t! I would have given this no stars if it was an option I will never come back to this market for a cake to be made again ! I’ve learned my lesson !
