  I cannot stop raving about the newly renovated Giant on York Road in West Towson. It is well laid out and extensively stocked across all perishable departments and aisles. Importantly for me, it is immaculately clean and the staff pleasant. This Giant location has been operating for 50 years or more. Some think the once locally owned chain found its best in younger years, I’m here to tell you it has never been better. This location reminds me of a high-end Publix (Florida) and I find the selection much better than Wegman’s. It’s time to rediscover your local Giant!

  Giant has the freshes food and meats. Service is exceptional 👌. The lines Are short and there's self Check out. And that's a Big help when you are in A hurry. No one can go wrong shopping there.

  I have been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to be one. However my only complaint is every time I place an online order for pick up no matter the location there is always an issue with items being out of stock. I understand that this is inevitable at times but the problem is when I go inside the store to double check more than a couple of the “out of stock” items are actually in stock so that tells me the people fulfilling my orders are overlooking some of my items for whatever reasons. Since I see that this may be an ongoing issue I decided to write a review because I am sure I’m not the only customer that has dealt with this. I hope that something can be done so that my future online orders can be thorough and accurate. This will also prevent me from double paying while I wait on my refund for the items that were inaccurately listed as “out of stock”.

  This review is LONG over due. I live within walking distance of this location. My work is located closer to the location across from the Maryland fair grounds. I enjoy going to both. They are both well stocked and very easy to navigate. But this location by far wins the race in customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can recall one day in January prior to a snow storm running to this location for a couple things. Literally everyone I came into contact with said good morning and/or did I need anything. I’m not exaggerating: every single employee took a second to greet me. I was shocked. Now don’t get me wrong the cockeysville location is great and people are friendly but not like this location. I really commend the management for coaching their team so well.
