- IIIApr 28, 20261.0Do not come to this Giant, some items may be repackaged. I had purchased a box “Quest Bake Shop Muffins” and inside the box was an assortment of “Annies” grahm crackers, pop tarts, and other crackers. Im not sure who is responsible but this is most likely not the only product in the store in the wrong packaging.

- MWMatt WilsonFeb 24, 20262.0It's a grocery store. It's well stocked. My problem is the self checkout, which you almost certainly will be using. If you have a full cart you have to scan and fill a bag as you'd expect. But when you move the bag to make room to fill the next bag it thinks your absconding with the groceries and locks up the scanning. Then the attendant has to unlock it. It's absurd. I had it lock up multiple times during a 200 dollar order. If you have 15 items or less, self checkout is great. But a big order? It's a study in frustration. My question for Giant is does stopping some small percentage of theft outweigh me not shopping there?
