  I went in there seriously ill, and the woman at the checkout counter staying one item and walked away so every time since I mostly buy fruit went to scan something and it didn't work I would just put it in the car she would come take it out of the cart and scan it for me. Then I said to her I am dizzy and cannot stand up straight, she said well the rest of the products you can just scan them easily and walked away from me. Races woman I am white she is black she looked at me like I was the devil himself and talk to me like straight trash. I am waiting for them to shut this giant down with service like that you can go to a Mini Mart or an illegal store. Terrible service terrible workers terrible people

  I think there’s a debit/credit card skimmer at this location. Someone stole $500.00 from my account, after I shopped there several days ago.

  Overpriced, and scamming people of charging for a single bottle of Saratoga water, $3.89. When I went to buy the case of 12, they quoted me $47 which is a complete rip off. These cases are only $30. They’re just scamming their customers. When I went to speak to the manager (Spanish guy because the black lady was rude who was one of the associates), they clearly didn’t care about raking in profits and up charging the customers. Will never do business here again.

  I tried calling on sat when website says pharmacy says 7pm and I was calling at 6:15 and it rang 20times to go to another song like it was picked up n put on hold and stayed on over a hour to no answer just to check a script that was sent at 11am earlier from doctors office. N called at 2 pm n told it was not ready yet n to call at 615 to head to place that only 5 min from house driving . Pisses me off cause I’m assuming the app lies and no answer regular customer service to even find out that way

  I have used the Pickup services here and they are beyond frustrating. First, customers park in the pick-up parking spaces and enter the store so there are never spaces available. Second, I sit in my car and wait, wait, wait for 15-20 minutes every time I pick up. I never have this experience at other Giant locations. Don’t come to this store.
