It’s necessary to communicate extended delays to your customers rather than being unapologetic. Similarly, a simple acknowledgment when a customer is speaking to you or thanking you is a basic expectation, regardless of your demeanor. This isn’t the first time an employee at the customer service desk has been rude, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Skip this Giant
