- MBMolly BAug 16, 20261.0As others have mentioned, you used to have to leave your large bags and carts to bring groceries by the Customer Service desk. I don’t have a car so I need these items to bring the groceries back to my house. This old rule was annoying but I just started bringing a small purse for my valuables and leaving everything else near the customer service desk. Now they won’t let you bring anything besides a purse inside the store AT ALL. I have to leave my cart and bags in the front area with all the grocery carts and just hope no one steals it. The security guards do not keep an eye on them, they always stand inside the door and it seems like their main responsibility is to prevent people from bringing anything inside. Do they want everyone without a car to just go away and stop shopping at giant?? But then who will buy all of their crappy produce and almost expired dairy products??? The only thing this store has going for it is that it’s walking distance from a lot of people’s houses and their store policies should reflect that

I was told I couldn't leave it at the service desk anymore, and I couldn't bring it in with me. I can't carry my grocery bags on the bus due to a disability. I won't be back.
