  I usually purchase some of Giants freshly fried chicken while I'm in the store. It is usually very moist and juicy, but on May 28th it was not so., it's extremely DRY. I don't know if it's being overly fried or if it's the brand of chicken they are now using. I noticed that they don't sell individual pieces any longer which is not an issue if it's good. Giant used to put a well known local quick stop store to shame for their fried chicken. Not so any longer. It's disappointing.

  This store has the most lazy staff. They don't care and they don't respond properly. they have no regard for people's time. I had to pick up a 9 items orders as a dasher and they made me wait here for 2 hours. This order could be prepared in 10 mins time. I would never come here again. I wish I could report this anywhere else too.. I noticed that other people also complained about pick up problems but nobody cares so I think even this review wouldn't make any difference
