  Today the produce selection was pittyful. Then the icing on the cake was the young cashier who looked frustrated because she had to ring customers instead of us going to self checkout. No hello, no would you like a bag, she didn't part her lips to even give the total! After I paid she didn't look my way to say Thank you either. Terrible customer service. This Giant used to be my go to store....not any longer.

  used to love this pharmacy, but the service has gone downhill significantly ever since Lydia started running it. As a full-time student who relies on mobility services and lives 30 minutes away, getting my medication requires coordination and time. Unfortunately, dealing with this pharmacy has turned into a series of games. Lydia will explicitly tell you that your medications will be ready on a specific day, but when you arrive after a long trip, she tells you they aren't ready. She treats customers like drug addicts and strictly refuses to allow fills even one day early, which forces me to make unnecessary trips. This rigid management style makes managing essential medications incredibly complicated and frustrating for people with tight schedules or transportation limitations. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because of John and Angela. They work hard, provide excellent service, and are the only positive part of coming here. I deeply miss the way this pharmacy used to be run.

  Idk why my reviews are seemingly not showing so here it goes again! RYAN is DEFINITION of what Polite, respectful, courteous and customer service skills should be. I’ve had encountered a bad experience with 1 of their female managers before at the customer service desk and because of Ryan’s kindness, I was able to move past that. I frequent that grocery store and no matter what kind of day that I’m having, I’m always happy when I see him. He’s truly an ENTREPRENEUR & I pray that Giant recognizes what they have with him because his customer service skills goes above and beyond! Not just 1 day but EVERY day that I enter that building and see him he’s ALWAYS made himself available to help someone or at least acknowledge them to let them know that he will be there to help after helping someone else! Thank you Ryan! If no one else appreciates you, Know that I appreciate all that you’ve done and do each and every time.
