The lady that’s usually there in the evening (I don’t know her name) but she is African-American, with extremely short hair, and glasses. She is the most ignorant person I’ve ever met and whoever is the owner of this location should be embarrassed! I went to order coffee and she disappeared and came out and told me that they were closed because the 10 o’clock person was 5 mins late and that she’s not working past her shift!. She was very rude! And the vibe was terrible! I come to this casino a lot! A couple days ago, the same lady got in an altercation with a man and she told security he made racial comments towards her and he definitely did not. I heard the whole thing and she was very nasty to him. Every time he asked for something she said they were out and the coffee machine was broken. But an hour later it was working! She should be fired! I’m never gonna go back here until she is!

Several other customers are here as well, and some of them said they’ve already been waiting, left to do other things, and came back — and still no one has shown up. At the very least, there should be one employee present to acknowledge customers and start taking orders so the wait process can begin. Right now people are getting frustrated and even joking that they might have to come behind the counter and make the food themselves because no one is here. This is really poor customer service and very unprofessional. If the store is open, there should be staff available to assist customers
