  Henry was so polite and helpful. I’ve been here a few times before reviewing and the donuts are always fresh, the place is clean. But honestly that great customer service adds that extra that makes people want to return!

  One of the best Dunkin's you'll find in a city. The staff is incredibly kind and enthusiastic - and they even remember my name/order as a somewhat regular customer. The coffee is good too - consistent from day to day. Lastly, the service is fast, and my coffee is usually ready within seconds of ordering.

  The staff are always positive and welcoming, the food is always fresh and soft (which is sometimes a hard ask at other dunkins!), and if the footprint wasn't so small, I'd consider using it as a WFH space for a few hours. Overall, one of my favorite little spots when I need a quick bite.

  The lady I ordered from was so nice and kind. And the restaurant had fun pop music on. It was also really clean, which is a must. I saw one of the ladies making coffee orders and she really mixed it together so that the flavoring and cream and sugar wasn't just sitting at the bottom. I can't wait to try our breakfast sandwiches.

  I work nearby, so I’m at this Dunkin’ quite often. My mobile orders are always ready when I arrive and spot-on every time. Shoutout to Cece who is amazing—super friendly and always serving with a smile! My only gripe is the up-charge for flavor shots. Coffees should come with a standard number of shots per size included, with extra shots costing more. It’s especially frustrating with app deals—e.g. $3 Any Size Iced Coffee—because adding flavor quickly turns that “deal” into extra charges. And let's be real, who doesn’t want flavor in their coffee? Overall, great service and consistent orders, but those flavor shot charges are a bit of a letdown.
