I asked them to remake the drink without the whipped cream as I didn’t know there was an up charge shd be just scraped it off! Then yelled at me! Screw this place!

I used to come here all the time but recently I haven’t and now because of this I flat out refuse to go back, there’s another DD right up the street so I’ll go there where my money is appreciated. My usual order includes a few extra splashes of flavoring and I noticed they started charging extra for it, totally fine btw until today when I got there in the drive thru the person in front of me order was still on the screen, and they had extra flavoring in there coffee but no adlt charge for it, so I thought ok, let me see if they do it for mine this time and sure enough she added the extra charge, so I looked at the person in front of me again and I hate to say this but they were not a person of minority or (person of color). I should’ve confronted them and asked why am I being charged extra and not the person ahead of me but honestly I’m not a confrontational person and she probably would’ve made up some sort of excuse anyway, so I decided to just pull off and go where my money is appreciated and they don’t charge extra for the extra flavor. I think I’m going to go back and try to get it on camera so I can post it on social media because people need to be informed about where they money is going.

Because it’s the drive through when you pull up you can see the person order and they ordered extra flavor in their coffee but lo and behold no Additional charge was on there. I think I will make a post about this one because idk if it’s a race thing but the person sure looked a lot lighter than me.
