- ASAshley SimoneMar 31, 20261.0Terrible service this morning. I stopped here on my way to work to get a matcha drink and a sweet pepper bacon sandwich. I always ask for my cheese to be melted since they always slap a cold piece of thick cheese on if you don’t. There was about 4 or 5 people working and only 2 cars but for some reason they request every car to move to the second window after paying. My drink tasted weird and I noticed that they gave me a sausage sandwich after i already left. I turned around and when i got back to the window i informed them of the mistake. They then asked me to pull to the second window again and i politely declined because everytime that happens my order is messed up. Everyone working there started getting a little aggressive and chiming in about how they are on a timer and blah blah blah. So to avoid any issues I moved to the second window. After a couple minutes the lady damn near threw the bag at me. When i checked the sandwich, there was a cold slab of cheese on it. I went back around and asked for a refund because at that point I didn’t want anyone tampering with my food. Based on their attitudes I wouldn’t put it past any of them. Worst experience yet. They should really train their employees on customer service because this staff definitely lacked it. Probably won’t go to this location again which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to my house. Now I’m hungry and late to work. Thanks.
