They actually remember my order, and more often than not, it’s already being prepared or ready by the time I get to the register. That level of attentiveness and care is so rare and makes my mornings that much better. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both their customer service and the overall experience. No matter how busy it gets, they always manage to keep a positive attitude and make everyone feel valued. This is hands-down one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to—super friendly, efficient, and always amazing!
