If you value food safety, quality, and good service. Do not come to this location on Park Ave. At least 2 out of the 3 guys in there was high and clearly completely out of it. I walked in the store and was completely ignored by the two guys near the front for nearly 3 minutes while the shorter one just kept glancing at me before finally coming over. Only for the guy to call over another guy who was making someones pizza WITH NO GLOVES ON. He held a handful of pepperonis in one hand while the other was sticky with dried moistened flour and kept messing up the tap to pay machine. He then turned and pulled up his pants that were falling off which rubbed the pepperoni's on his pants and underwear. I am so disgusted. But after an 8 hour shift with no food i needed to eat. I forced I managed 2 slices before I just stopped. Also the guy was not cutting the pizza correctly and they did not make it how I ordered it. 4 separate slices are still connected in pairs of 2 and I ordered a New York Style pizza. This is not New York Style. The best thing Domino's can doisc fire these employeesorf shut that location down all together.

Delivery ordered showed up after an hour and a half with 1 of 2 pizzas missing. Calling the store leaves you on hold indefinitely with the same ad on repeat.

This Domino’s location is extremely hit or miss, and the difference between the daytime and evening crews is remarkable. During the day, when I assume the store manager is there, things generally run well. The tracker actually reflects what is happening in the store, orders are ready when the app says they are, and custom orders are usually made correctly. The daytime crew seems to care about customer service and getting things right. Then there is the evening crew. At night, the tracker often seems completely disconnected from reality. I have arrived after being told my order was ready, only to find out it still had to be made and wait another 20 to 40 minutes. Orders are also frequently wrong, sometimes not even remotely what was ordered. When you try to address the problem, employees can be rude, dismissive and condescending, and I have literally been ignored while standing at the counter. There are also ongoing issues with the electric delivery bikes. The store created a designated bike corral, but at night employees routinely leave multiple bikes throughout the lobby, taking up valuable customer space. Worse, some delivery riders operate those bikes recklessly through the pedestrian walkway in front of the apartment building, speeding and squealing tires where residents, customers and pedestrians are walking. It is dangerous and completely unnecessary. The evening crew also regularly hangs out on the retaining wall in front of the store, smoking cigarettes and what appears to be marijuana while socializing with friends and coworkers. Management really needs to address the evening shift. The daytime crew demonstrates that this store is capable of providing good service. The evening crew, however, often comes across as rude, careless and completely indifferent to customers. There is a serious lack of consistency and accountability here.

It's great as long as I order before 5 or 6pm. My orders will consistently be correct and tasty, and the delivery people are kind and always make sure handoff goes smoothly. After 5 or 6pm, it seems like there's a shift change and then my orders are always incorrect, arrive much later, get left on my stoop for the flies to lick despite me selecting handoff, and are poorly made. Like, REALLY poor. I just got one of the new smores lava cakes to try out and it was completely smashed with only a hint of the filling that was supposed to be there. Pizza very underbaked (I picked well-done), garlic on the crust (I picked no garlic), a normal amount of cheese (I picked extra cheese). Cmon man. It's probably the best location I've ordered from.... as long as it's before 5 or 6pm. Then it becomes the worst.
