Manager Eugene knows who I am bc after I left an initial review, ab 2 months ago, I ordered again and I went inside to pick up my order. I was hoping for a pleasant experience. Armed with my email address and name, Eugene mocked me when I told him which order I was picking up. Shocking bc his behavior was very rude, nasty and inappropriate. He was comfortable mocking me. I visited the restaurant again, about 2 days ago and again, he was there. Now he knows who I am and he began attacking me verbally saying I smelled like “piss” and I nervously shrugged it off. He got another employee involved (the guy works under him and is not a manager) and they shared a brief moment and laughed before getting my food.. Yesterday, June 10th I ordered delivery and while I am happy that the delivery time has resumed to normal expectancy, there was an issue as soon as I opened the door. The delivery driver, not a manager but works under Eugene, says “you don’t want your order do you” and he has nothing in his hands (I was expecting three boxes-2 medium pepperoni pizzas 🍕 and 1 cheesy bread stuffed with pepperoni. The order was not delayed or anything so I was confused as to why he would not only get out of his vehicle without my order but proceed to assuming suggest that I didn’t want my order, it was bizarre.. I tell him yes, I want my order. He goes to his car to retrieve it and he comes back with only 2 boxes. I told him there should be 3, he says this was all that he had. I filled online the preparation of my order and Eugene made it, so I knew Eugene sent this worker to harass me and leave part of my order behind.. I called the restaurant and Eugene answered, I called from an unknown number-not affiliated with my account but somehow Eugene knew who I was. I had never spoken to him otp, this was upsetting , shocking and disappointing. The delivery driver also refused to provide change, citing they don’t carry change. My order was $28 and I gave him $40. I don’t feel like he deserved an almost $12 tip but I had no choice, he refused to provide change even after going to the restaurant to pick up the item intentionally left behind by Eugene. The no change issue was also mentioned otp to Eugene. I have the delivery driver $26 dollars and agreed to pay him the other 2 when he returned with the rest of our food. I could not find $2 so I had to give home another 20 dollar bill 💵, totaling $40-refused to provide change, forced to give him a $12 tip. I guess purposely delaying a potion of my order, refusing to provide change, mocking me, laughing at me for unknown reasons, saying I smelled like ‘poss’ is Eugene’s ultimate revenge on me for leaving a bad review 2 months ago. There is no accountability and now tEugene annd his staff are harassing me bc of a bad review, this has got to stop, NOW. I am literally afraid that Eugene is doing something to my food and I do not want to think like that. I’ve had bad experiences with this location while Eugene has been working. As a manager, he should be a leader and not recruit people working under him to harass Dominis customers. This isn’t right. Dominos has always been my go to pizza spot even though there are many options to chose from. I know his behavior is not a reflection of Dominis values but I’d appreciate if it ceased. At this time, I am going to take a break from this location due to Eugene’s harassment and it’s only getting bolder and worst. I hope to return soon without hassle and hatred from Eugene and the workers he tells what to do. —————————————- I have had nothing but great experiences picking up orders while Eugene was not working . The workers were kind, professional and the food was delicious. If the manager is the leader of the store, he should lead by example.

Do not order anything from this location. Even if you order through a third party app such as Uber Eats and Door Dash. They kept marking my order as delivered, but they never actually delivered anything. Called the store and was met with rudeness and hostility. Never again!

This might be the actual worst dominos in the country. Don’t waste your time.

This location is behond ludicrous. I made an order online for delivery around 9:30pm, received a number to call for updates regarding the order. At first they were fine when I asked about the first update after 50 minutes, said was going to be delivered in 30. No problem I can wait a bit longer. Still nothing, I question what's going on, I call same thing. It's fine, they probably done with everything else. On the 3rd call I question why is it taking so long after they confirm my order, they rise their voice on me almost shouting excusing that they only have 1 delivery driver and if I wanted it so bad to just come over pick it up, "either you bare with us or your order canceled" fine I'll bare I replied almost losing it, comes 1am AND THEY CLOSE ALONGSIDE PLACING THE ORDER AS DELIVERED. Do not order from this location and save the trouble to another place! This is beyond negligence at this point and staff needs to be replaced with better people!

Literally order food from anywhere else. I ordered over two hours ago. Still no delivery. They tried to deliver the WRONG order to me. Now the system doesn’t let me refund anything and I can’t get ahold of anyone at the store. The phone just keeps ringing. This is terrible.
