  Had a kids birthday party and it was a great time. The staff, especially Tony our host Salona, were friendly and helpful and made sure our guests were well taken care of. The whole party including the pancakes and the fixings were easy and fun. Highly recommend.

  Since this was the first time I went here. It was really fun to attend. The price for the “tickets” are great. Dave and busters had a make a wish donation. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it in time. But, we still got to see how much support is being given. At the end of the night, a few hours, 3 players, 2 drinks, and nothing but fun. The only biggest downfall is how many tickets you need to win to get some nice prizes. That’s okay, we still had fun. Seeing adults play like kids is really fun to see. One guest gave us a free playtime card. Even though we don’t get tickets, I was able to donate it to someone else who had two young kids. The mother was very happy about it and the kids loved it too. It was nice just to donate it to someone else who can have fun.

  Had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our waitress Saloni! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks and food were always on point. Even with how busy it was, she kept a great attitude and made our whole experience fun and stress-free. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. We’ll definitely be back because of her awesome energy and professionalism. Thank you for making our day so much better!

  Ok so to start off had a horrible experience the minute I walked jn tonight 05/02 I went to use the restroom and there was a group of about 15 12-15 yeat old kids starting ti fight eachother hog up the bathrooms etc as I was taking a pee. I went and grabbed security snd they were just laughing about it. There was no supervision jn sight no adults just them rubbing rampant. So then we sat for food around like 9pm it took almost 40 minutes for a waitress to even assist us I had to go find a busboy to ask where our waitress was. Come about 940 we finally order etc we geg our drinks and ordered that was the last we saw of our waitress for about a hour. We sat with empty drinks for a very long time. Didn't have silverware etc. I went to ask were our refill on drinks were and she was sitting at the bar with the other employees as they were watching the sports games. Finally someone brought our drinks. Finally about 2 hours later around 1030-11pm our food comes and again still rarely saw our waitress, it wasnt even that busy tbh. Saw her nahbe 3 times the whole time we were there. The thing that really upset me was she never ever told me my drink wasnt free refills so I was surprised when I got my check but it's ok. Now after the food we go and play games. The big ball drop steals a few of my credits so I find a manager, she gets a massive attitude with me like its my fault the ball drop didn't work. She then takes my card and refunds me my credits. I guess she thought I was lying hense why she went and checked idk. Either way avoid this area like the plague got kids running rampant food service us horrible and expensive. And theirs mid games, go to the one jn arundel mills.

  I had a really good experience here tonight. I came as part of a fundraising night for a nonprofit organization called Tony Aye Artistry Foundation Inc. and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The servers were professional, knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with insights when trying to decide which meal to get. I would and WILL definitely come back!
