  The games are fun and most of them work properly. My complaint comes with the Summer Pass. I purchased the Summer pass several weeks ago. It entails a pass that allows you to play unlimited games with a ticket threshold and 15% off food. I’ve tried to use our pass 4 weeks in a row now and have had an issue every single time. First I was told their system was down for the Summer Pass. This went on for over a week. They gave me an hour of unlimited play to make up for it and told me to just reactive the hour when it was up. When I went to have it reactivated, the female manager had an attitude with me. Some staff are very friendly and some are extremely rude. When it happened the 3rd time I contacted customer service, it was determined my pass was not activated properly and to go in and have them scan a new code. I go in and a manager comes over and is given the rundown. She fixes it at the POS and just hands me the card and receipt and walks away without ever speaking a word to me. We test it, it works. Play fine. Last night my husband and kids go to use the pass, everything works. They sit down for food and when it comes time to pay, he gives them the code for the 15% off that comes with the pass. Somehow, once again, everything is screwed up. My pass now becomes deactivated, a new one appears on my account, things are inputted then voided on my receipt, and a 50% tip appears. A $62 bill somehow becomes $108 and no one knows what happened. This is now the 5th problem I’ve had. I don’t even want to use the pass or visit this location now at this point. What was supposed to be something fun for my kids this summer has now turned into such a hassle. I’ve been patient and kind, but now I am at my wits end.

  Had a Blast!! Didn't eat any food really cant comment on it. But place was very clean and all the games were working !!

  Me and my family came here for a birthday party everything was so clean the food was great and Santa Clause and Deasia was always close and accommodating.
