  Third time I've been here and had to wait for chicken! Why are they always out of ingredients. Reflects really poorly on management. Sucks when you are hear to grab food on lunch and have to wait for chicken to cook and then the way the cook moves it's like she has no sense of urgency or cares that people are waiting

  Didn't have cheese. Any cheese. Then, telling us they solved the problem, started our 4-person order, then said alas no cheese, making our orders impossible. Running out of something isn't a good look to start, but misrepresenting that it's fixed when it wasn't was really bad.

  Went here with my family before a concert. They had no salsa's, corn, sour cream, and the rest looked ravaged. The place had one working bathroom. We didn't expect this a 5pm. We hoped we didn't get sick on what we did eat. Worst Chipolte ever!!

  I don't like to make posts about chain restaurants because they should in theory all be similar. I went at lunch. This Chipotle managed to be out of the following ingredients: white rice fajita veggies tomato salsa green tomatillo salsa red tomatillo salsa shredded cheese queso cheese How are you that unprepared on a Tuesday at 12:30? Absolutely diabolical lack of preparation. It gets 2 stars because the 4 ingredients in my bowl tasted like how they were supposed too.

  I would like to file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred in July 18 at your Chipotle location. My mom has difficulty speaking and naturally speaks very quietly. A female employee was disrespectful toward her and repeatedly told her to “speak up” instead of showing patience and understanding. The way she spoke to my friend was rude and embarrassing. The situation became even worse when my friend was using the restroom. A male stranger began banging on the restroom door while she was inside. When she came out, he confronted her in an aggressive manner, falsely accused her of cursing at him, and continued insulting her even though she never cursed at him. The interaction made her feel intimidated and unsafe. Overall, this experience felt unsafe and dangerous, and I would not recommend anyone come here. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable or harassed while simply using the restroom. I ask that you investigate this incident and address the behavior of the employee involved. I also hope you review your procedures for handling situations involving customers so that no one else has to experience this.
