I have had bad experiences with this location in the past so I started going to the one one Eastern Ave...but I was in a rush today and the food quickly reminded me why I stopped going to this location. They are Corporate owned so you would think that the quality of their food would be more consistent. Will not be going back to that location.

- MFMadison FoxJun 9, 20261.0We are local so this is the chipotle we frequent. We have tried to give benefit of the doubt but it is honestly the worst chipotle ever. They are constantly out of everything. No utensils, go ice, always out of ingredients. When they are out of cups, they can’t give you a different size… instead you don’t get one at all. If you ask for a water cup, they are out- they give can’t give you any cup for water. If you have a reward for a free medium drink and they are out of medium cups, you can’t use your reward. The employees are not friendly either. I wish management would support them better, it is frustrating for the employees I’m sure as well.
