Spoke with the manager and he said “you can have what we have available”. Best of luck getting food there. The “manger” can’t even manage cleaning a bathroom. Best of luck getting food here.

- KKKishAug 5, 20262.0I ordered two burrito bowls and three tacos. Opened my bowl and it looked absolutely inedible. The crispy tacos were stale, the guacamole was a darker green, so it was not fresh. and it just looked like the food was sitting there for a while. The two bowls were extremely light, and had been crushed. The box felt soggy and whoever packaged the order spilled sour cream in the bag. Definitely could do better Chipotle consider people are paying $40 - $50 dollars. If I’m paying $15 for guacamole add one, I expect my purchase to be fresh. This guacamole definitely had been sitting there since the morning! Is there any quality control?

I had to repeat myself about ten times for 4 people to still not understand that I want a bowl not a burrito.

I wasn’t even looking at her talking to her and I wasn’t even gonna go to the counter. All I want to do is use the bathroom quick because I do come here sometimes for lunch now I will never return here for lunch because the service sucks and people are rude here and whoever this girl is, I want the manager to talk to her. Write her up. There’s no excuse for that. I am furious. Such poor horrible customer service she was feeling entitled and obviously wasn’t ready to work because she spazzed that I walked in earlier than they open BUT who’s fault is it that the doors were unlocked before they opened that’s on them. HORRIBLE
