  I was here around 8 PM. No Black bean, No pinto bean, no guac, no veggies, and nothing...and the place was reluctant to even make a fresh batch. Horrible and Horrendous place....I just had to exit after looking at their pathetic food trays...There was additionally two customers behind me, and those customers too walked out with a "yuck" face looking at the dried and scaled up trays of beans and rice...This is exactly how Starbucks met its death with poor customer service...now, it is time for Chipotle. The funny thing was, the crew member at the buffet line even suggested me to "try" another chipotle in the area....The most horrible place title goes to this one!

  Gave my order away to the wrong courier, refused to remake until I reordered, and then lied to the 4th courier assigned and refused to talk to him or myself when I asked to speak to management through the courier's phone. Just utterly pathetic

  This Chipotle was in Lexington, Kentucky. The food was very salty. Almost not edible. I definitely could not finish eating it my food. And typically, I can eat in one setting a whole bowl.

  Oh yall played bad .. yall think it’s okay to do this to food and then you give stale rice and 1 half scoop of steak. This was madd disrespectful, I don’t even play about my food. Never again ordering from yall.. it seem like yall just want to eat yall own food.

  This was one of the most disturbing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The level of cleanliness and food handling I witnessed was completely unacceptable and honestly made me question whether this location is following even the most basic food-safety standards. I witnessed an employee appearing to sweat heavily while working directly around the food, along with what appeared to be poor hand hygiene and food being handled without gloves. The entire food-preparation area looked dirty and neglected. I also saw what appeared to be insects in/around the food. At that point, I had absolutely no interest in eating anything from this location. This isn’t just about slow service or getting the wrong order. When customers are being served food in conditions that appear this unsanitary, it becomes a legitimate public-health concern. Management needs to take this seriously immediately. I strongly believe the appropriate health authorities should inspect this location and determine whether proper sanitation and food-handling requirements are actually being followed. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, I would seriously think twice before eating here until these concerns are addressed. Completely unacceptable.
