Staff friendliness leave much to be desired. Always a pleasant sight to see guy cutting chicken and eating it as he is cutting it (*insert sarcasm). Fountain machine always broken as well. Major gaps in execution across the board, and major store culture change needs to happen. Prob put up good numbers being so close to JHU.
