  This the only Chipotle I’ve ever been that always never have multiple things cooked already no matter the time of day it’s honestly crazy.

  Food was horrible. 1st time being at a location where bothing taste right. No salsa. I should have known it was going to be right plus upset stomach after eating. Never again at this location.

  I told the worker give me a little bit more chicken, this girl going put 2 single pieces then got a attitude. Always skimpy with the portions.

  The workers (two females- one Caucasian and black and a male) ignored me and continued chatting and laughing while I waited. Minutes later, I asked if someone can please, attend to me. The black male with an outburst tone standing in front of the payment stand, said…f word you got wait 2 minutes. And they all started laughing at me….and cheering him up. I regretted coming to this address of the Chipotle.

  I ordered through the Chipotle app at 11:58 AM and, by 12:42 PM, my order still had not even been started. There were also a significant number of other customers standing around waiting for their orders.What made the situation worse was that neither the app nor the employees at the location would issue a refund. The cashier told me there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to order the food in person, I would have to pay again. So essentially, I was expected to either continue waiting indefinitely or spend more money to receive the food I had already paid for. At that point, I had been waiting approximately 45 minutes with no clear estimate of when my order would actually be prepared. I am a student and have limited time and money, so I could not afford to continue waiting without any certainty that I would even receive my order or get my money back. I ultimately called the police because the situation was becoming increasingly tense and I wanted to prevent it from escalating. Customers should not have to be put in a position where they have paid for a product, cannot receive the product, cannot get a refund, and are simply told there is nothing the employees can do.I understand that restaurants get busy and that delays happen. The issue here was the complete lack of a reasonable solution. If Chipotle accepts payment for an order that it cannot fulfill in a reasonable amount of time, customers should have a clear and immediate way to cancel the order and receive their money back. I will attempt to dispute with my bank.
