- GDGilbert DeleonJul 14, 20261.0This place is very unprofessional once it comes to catering orders that we drivers need to deliver, for my understanding they start cooking around 7 am and today I had a catering order pick up , which they were totally unprofessional they took over one hour to complete a simple two box catering order , people talking people looking at their phones others on breaks while they have a catering order to complete , they made me lose a 100 catering order from another chipotle , why , because of their unproffessionalism , they think drivers are there to play their games well I don’t , I have made a complaint for today’s date July the 14 and all morning shift was very unprofessional . This is a work place not a chit chatting room where they can look at there phones and talking laughing this and that , next time I see this again another complaint will be filed and videos will be taken , we drivers don’t have time for unprofessional services

I don’t think I’ve ever commented on this but it really don’t make any sense how every time I go there it’s just filthy. The food station is always never wiped down the never have anything how you don’t have rice. The was making someone’s burrito with probably a tablespoon of brown rice. How you gonna scrape dried out rice out of the canister and put it on someone’s burrito. That man must’ve been really hungry. The meat is always dried out. The dining area was dirty and they expect someone to eat from there. I’m surprised nobody the call the health department on them yet. I had to go to the one on York Road where it’s clean.

Both the rice and the chicken have been burned multiple times. Likewise, the most recent time I got sick from the food. I don’t really trust the preparation. The workers are unserious.
