That's not what you promise, and it's not what customers pay for. Chipotle needs to get its basics right. Order accuracy, food temperature, and portions. Two stars.

- ETEbony ThomasJun 2, 20261.0I went in today to get dinner for my family I had to ask the employee do they have steak he said no he wasn't going to tell me there were out of anything or that its a wait on steak I also wasn't told it was a wait on chicken so he waited for the employee that was cooking veggies and also cooking chicken or steak to cut the chicken he leaned on the cutting board with his arms on it while ge waited for her to go cut it he also was doing the cash register as well and while he was putting my things on my burrito and bowl he stop and used the same gloves to touch the register and then he came back with the same gloves then when I gave him a funny look he changed them it was also just 3 people then as he was ringing me up another employee came and started with the other customers they gad someone for online orders that was by there self and im pretty sure people didn't have what they wanted if I wasn't told there were out of anything or if it was a wait on something today was not a good look I guess I won't be going back there so I just had to find somewhere else for the rest of my family to eat
